Senior Construction Manager M25

Overview

In this role you will lead delivery of complex data centre schemes for a Tier 1/2 contractor. You will drive programme performance, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure on-time, quality project outcomes. The position sits within a growing delivery team focused on high-profile data centre projects, offering clear career progression and technical growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping execution strategy and maintaining site safety and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior construction leadership on data centre projects (20m-100m)
• Develop and manage construction programmes and critical paths
• Lead subcontractor management and coordination
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder communications
• Oversee on-site execution to meet quality and schedule targets
• Support safety, compliance and reporting where applicable

Key requirements

• Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor background
• Senior construction management experience on 20m+ projects
• Data Centre experience – essential
• Strong leadership, programme and subcontractor management skills
• SMSTS & CSCS Black Card
