Learning Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the learning function at the fulfilment centre, driving the development of associates and leaders. You will partner with EU learning teams to scale training, while staying close to operations to address quality and productivity needs. You will coach and develop a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist, shaping training programs from needs analysis to execution. This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and leadership development in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist
• Own end-to-end associate and leader training programs at site, from needs analysis to execution
• Forge partnerships with EU Learning Teams to share best practices
• Plan, develop and evaluate training initiatives with senior leadership and central functions
• Identify and deploy training/coaching solutions addressing quality and productivity requirements
• Provide coaching and feedback on leadership topics in 1:1s and workshops
