As PMD Recruiting Director – EMEA, you lead the executive recruiting function across UK, DACH, Italy, France, and the Middle East, shaping strategy and developing a high-performing team. You’ll manage senior searches for Partner and Managing Director roles, build trust with regional leaders, and ensure a smooth, compliant recruitment and onboarding process. This role blends stakeholder management, process optimization, and a culture-first approach to attract top executives. You’ll work across regions and partner with the global team to drive quality hiring and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA executive recruiting function for Partner and MD-level roles
- Set strategy, mentor the team, and manage multiple executive searches end-to-end
- Build trusted relationships with regional leaders and global counterparts
- Oversee candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Develop business cases for final-stage PMD candidates for CEO/Board review
- Manage contracts with external search firms and ensure budget alignment
- Ensure compliant and confidential recruitment data management
- Act as a super user of Greenhouse to optimize candidate experience and reporting
- Collaborate on performance, budget, and special projects with Global Head of Executive Recruiting
- Support executive onboarding with People, Office, and IT teams
- Promote a caring, inclusive, and high-quality recruitment process
- Travel as needed and adapt to hybrid work model
- Align with firm policies and local laws and promote core values
Key requirements
- Experience leading an executive search function in EMEA within a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong written and verbal English; fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus
- Proven ability to influence diverse executive stakeholders and manage complex matrix relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Capability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Experience with research, candidate outreach, negotiations, and onboarding
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of local employment laws and customs
- Willingness to work outside normal hours and travel as required
- Experience with external search partnerships and budget management
