Responsibilities
- Welcome and host a person with a disability or mental health need as part of your household (long-term)
- Provide personalised support to help individuals live independently
- Coordinate and facilitate short breaks/respite care when required
- Carefully match carers and individuals to ensure positive, successful relationships
Key requirements
- Must be located on the Isle of Wight
- No prior care experience required
- Genuine desire to support others
