Overview
In this role you will manage a varied private client caseload, delivering expert advice on wills, estates and lasting powers of attorney. You will work within a well-established law firm and contribute to client engagement and practice development. The position focuses on non-contentious private client work, with an emphasis on compliance and risk management. Responsibilities
- Manage a full range of private client matters from instruction through to completion
- Draft wills, lasting powers of attorney, and handle estate administration
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Ensure work complies with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Support practice development through client engagement and networking
- Advise on inheritance and tax considerations where required
Key requirements
- Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, Private Client Lawyer or similar experience
- At least 5 years PQE
- Experience in non-contentious private client work
