Product Support Specialist

Overview

In this role you support surgeons and healthcare teams in Hip and Knee procedures, promoting Stryker’s joint replacement products and enabling successful robotic and manual case coverage. You will provide frontline clinical and technical support for Mako robotic systems, while growing existing accounts through technical expertise and strong customer relationships. You’ll collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure optimal outcomes and contribute to patient care. This is a hands-on, travel-heavy opportunity in a fast-paced field-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote products to orthopaedic surgeons and support sales targets
• Provide frontline clinical/technical support during surgical procedures (Mako and manual)
• Train and guide staff in robotic system use and pre-operative planning

Key requirements

• Excellent communication in English
• Driving license and willingness to travel (up to 90%)
• OR experience and capability to discuss medical and economic issues with customers
• Sales skills and ability to build relationships
