Paid Social Media Manager

Overview

As Paid Social Media Manager at DAZN, you own end-to-end paid social campaigns across multiple markets and platforms, turning marketing objectives into high-performing ad sets. You’ll collaborate with creative and design teams to translate sports culture into winning assets, optimize spend, and report performance to clients. You’ll work across markets like Spain, Italy, France and beyond, driving ROAS while staying on top of trends. This role blends sports passion with data-driven decision making to scale impact in a fast-paced agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Develop full-funnel paid social strategies aligned to client goals.
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to brief high-converting assets with sports-centric concepts.
• Run ongoing A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track performance daily and produce client-facing reports translating metrics into insights.
• Oversee multi-figure monthly ad spends with careful budget management across accounts.

Key requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management in an agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; experience with X Ads, Pinterest, or Google/YouTube is a plus.
• Strong sports knowledge and understanding of fan psychology and culture.
• Data-driven with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and GA4; awareness of attribution challenges.
• Client-facing experience with clear, engaging reports and pitches.
