Head of Product Management, Forward Deployed & Strategy

Overview

In this leadership role, you guide a PM team delivering Scale products into complex customer environments, shaping scalable product strategy from field feedback. You partner closely with Sales/GTM and EPD to align roadmaps with market demand and unblock critical deployments. You drive the transition of bespoke deployments into core products and ensure strong voice of the field within product teams. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, technical oversight, and cross-functional leadership to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and deploy PMs across strategic accounts (e.g., Fortune 100, government)
• Identify patterns in deployments and decide which bespoke solutions should become core products
• Partner with Sales/GTM leadership to align roadmap with market demand
• Provide strategic and technical oversight to unblock high-priority deployments in red zones
• Champion the voice of the field within internal EPD teams

Key requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership, including 4+ years managing PM teams
• Experience in forward-deployed models or top-tier technical consulting/implementation
• High technical IQ: comfort with APIs, data pipelines, SQL; understands data quality and model performance
• Extreme ownership and systems thinking; adept at navigating diverse stakeholders from engineers to C-suite
