Banking & Finance Associate – Cheltenham

Overview

In this role you will join a well-established national Banking & Finance team to handle a range of financing transactions for lenders, corporates and sponsors. You will manage your own matters with support, contribute to business development, and share knowledge as the team grows. You’ll work closely with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored funding solutions in leveraged, real estate, project and asset-based lending. The role offers early responsibility within a supportive, entrepreneurial firm culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage own banking & finance matters with support as needed
• Contribute to business development and client relationships

• Deliver tailored funding solutions for clients

Key requirements

• 2-5+ years’ PQE in banking and finance
• Experience in leveraged and real estate finance
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Confident managing client relationships
• Commercially minded, organized and proactive
