Overview

In this role you will support a rapid-growing national law firm’s corporate practice from a City office. You will handle private M&A with cross-border elements, venture capital, PE, corporate governance and restructuring work. The position sits in a collaborative corporate team with clear progression toward senior associate and partner levels. Key requirements

• 2-4 PQE
• England & Wales qualified
• 2-5 years UK corporate law experience in a London or regional firm
