GSI Solution Architect – Spanish Speaking (Madrid, Remote)

Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with Global System Integrators and Telco partners to design and enable security services using CrowdStrike’s AI-native Falcon platform. You will shape partner go-to-market strategies, drive platform adoption, and align technical plans with partners’ portfolios. The role combines high-impact technical leadership with strategic partner enablement to extend CrowdStrike’s security offerings globally. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, integrated security solutions that protect millions of endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design security services with partners leveraging the Falcon platform
• Drive platform adoption strategy and help partners build comprehensive offerings
• Lead technical strategy and growth with assigned GSI and Telco partners
• Develop and execute long-term technical plans supporting go-to-market
• Build and maintain relationships with partner technical and sales leadership across security domains
• Guide partners in embedding Falcon within their managed services portfolios
• Design technical solutions that integrate CrowdStrike into partners’ security services
• Create and deliver technical training enabling partners to demo, deploy, and support CrowdStrike solutions
• Lead partners to achieve technical self-sufficiency in service delivery
• Support POC/POV methodologies and provide competitive positioning guidance
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and technical planning sessions
• Drive technical partner programs including Falcon Champions
• Represent CrowdStrike at partner events and conferences
• Bridge communication between partners and CrowdStrike technical teams
• Oversee proper usage of partner resources and demo environments

Key requirements

• Proven track record in Technical Consulting or Solution Architecture with GSI/MSP partners
• Strong background in endpoint security, cloud security, AI-Driven SOC, identity security
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions at enterprise scale
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP
• Working knowledge of SIEM/XDR and security operations
• Technical expertise in endpoint protection, identity management, and cloud workload security
• Experience with API integration and scripting
• Understanding of threat intelligence and incident response methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
• Ability to build and maintain technical relationships at all levels
• Self-motivated with organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience using AI to enhance decision-making and efficiency
• Ability to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally worldwide
• Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages valued
• Industry certifications (CISSP, SANS, etc.) preferred
