Overview

In this role you will oversee the financial management of allocated client accounts for pharmaceutical projects in North London. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cashflow tracking and monthly reviews, ensuring accurate reporting aligned with commercial targets. You will lead end-to-end billing, revenue assurance and cost analysis to support project and commercial teams. You will act as the primary financial liaison for clients, upholding governance and contractual compliance. This position offers impact across multi-project portfolios within a multinational project management consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full financial management of allocated client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, cashflow tracking and performance reviews.
• Lead end-to-end billing, invoicing and revenue assurance, validating chargeable hours, subcontractor costs, changes and reimburseables.
• Provide detailed financial analysis, including cost variance, risk/opportunity assessments and margin tracking for project managers and directors.
• Maintain client relationships as the financial liaison, preparing summaries, addressing queries and ensuring contractual compliance across financial touchpoints.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, quality checks and accurate reporting; support process improvements and efficiency.

Key requirements

• Must hold valid and relevant Accounting Qualifications
• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Pharmaceutical projects)
• Based within a commutable distance of North London
