Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end planning for high-value construction schemes, aligning schedules with project objectives and client needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity, driving timely delivery and reporting insights. The position offers exposure to complex multi-project environments and the chance to shape planning strategies across projects. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions with clients and vendors to produce master schedules, baselines, and critical path
  • Plan, develop and execute construction schedules with cross-functional teams
  • Travel to construction sites as needed
  • Engage with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors daily
  • Develop and maintain construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments
  • Incorporate schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineers, and contractors into planning systems
  • Implement scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles
  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity
  • Provide interface and QA for tracking and reporting schedule performance
  • Consolidate inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports
  • Prepare and update progress reports, including monthly project reporting contributions
  • Produce look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months) from P6 for reporting
  • Perform probabilistic and risk analyses on integrated and contractor schedules
  • Monitor and communicate potential issues delaying the schedule
  • Conduct schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis for the project
  • Analyse deviations from baseline, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions with impact assessment

Key requirements

  • Experience determining corrective actions based on data from multiple sources
