Overview
In this role you will join Mills & Reeve’s renowned life sciences team in Oxford to advise a broad range of clients from startups to large multinationals in biotech, pharma, and medical devices. You will work closely with the head of life sciences and a large commercial IP/IT group to handle demanding commercial and IP matters. The role centers on enabling strategic collaborations, licensing, and regulatory compliance for life sciences businesses. You will shape impactful deals and advisory work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values expertise and growth.

Responsibilities
- IP licensing and partnering transactions

Key requirements
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in a large regional or City firm, or in-house
- strong technical skills in commercial law
