Overview
In this Bid Coordinator role, you support the Defence sales team by turning technical and commercial details into accurate price quotes and bids. You help drive faster quoting, ensure compliance with price lists and regulations, and use AI tools to reduce manual effort and errors. You work closely with global Bid Management to support complex tenders and maintain a clear path toward a future Bid Manager position. This is a chance to influence pricing and contract outcomes in a high-stakes defence environment.

Responsibilities
- author, quality-assure and issue price quotations and pricing letters in line with price lists and compliance
- track bids from issue to PO and manage proposal progress
- support Bid Management on complex military tenders with templates, pricing, planning and tracking
- apply AI tools to speed up quotes and improve accuracy
- advise Sales on pricing, licensing models and terms and conditions
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Business, economics or related field; 1–2 years of relevant experience
- experience with pricing, contracts and compliance processes
- excellent written and spoken English
- ability to own workload and adapt to shifting priorities
- experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office; AI tools experience is a plus
- UK residence and work permit; BPSS or equivalent security checks
