In this role, you drive and oversee IT services for Galderma’s London site and UK affiliate, partnering with local leaders and Global IT to enable business growth and reliable technology. You lead the local IT team, align initiatives with corporate standards, and manage delivery through global infrastructure and vendors. You balance security, resilience, and user experience to support operations and innovation. Responsibilities
- Lead and execute IT strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Mentor and manage local IT support team to ensure operational excellence
- Coordinate with global infrastructure teams and vendors to meet SLAs
- Act as business partner to local leadership, translating needs into IT solutions
- Drive local IT initiatives and project delivery
- Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning
- Oversee end-user support and service quality
- Communicate status of operations and initiatives to stakeholders
- Support global and regional application deployments from a local enablement perspective
- Provide training and promote adoption of global IT best practices
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
- 5–10 years in IT (infrastructure and support)
- Experience with global teams and third-party providers
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Solid project management skills
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
