Overview
In this role, you will support the Clinical Services Manager to deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy across the hospital. You’ll help coordinate daily service operations, mentor staff, and support governance, risk management, and admin tasks. You’ll liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient service delivery. This is a development-focused leadership position within Circle Health Group’s private network, offering impact at a hospital level and opportunities to shape physiotherapy practice.

Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Services Manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services across the hospital
- Coordinate daily service operations including staff rotas, clinic allocation, and workload management
- Provide line management, supervision, and mentorship to physiotherapy staff and assistants
- Assist in implementing and monitoring clinical governance processes, audits, and risk management
- Assist with departmental administration including stock control, equipment management, and record keeping
- Promote effective communication across the physiotherapy team and wider multidisciplinary teams
Key requirements
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
- Substantial post-registration experience including a senior or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, service coordination, and patient safety
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting
- Minimum 5 years of working in MSK/Orthopaedic setting
