You will support compliance, conduct site audits and behavioural reviews, and lead incident investigations to drive corrective actions. You will assist in preparing construction phase plans, risk assessments, and method statements to keep projects compliant and safe. Responsibilities

• Provide expert safety guidance to project management and site teams
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and behavioural reviews to promote best practices
• Investigate incidents and high-potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in preparing construction phase plans, risk assessments, and method statements

Key requirements

• Proven experience in construction or related discipline with solid knowledge of H&S legislation
• Recognised safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage across all levels
