Innovation & Execution Manager

Overview

In this role, you own strategic platform innovation initiatives from idea to impact, shaping the next generation of our platform value. You’ll work directly with senior leaders to identify opportunities, validate concepts, pilot solutions, and scale monetized outcomes across a global platform. You’ll blend strategy, execution, and stakeholder leadership to deliver meaningful business results and help drive billions in incremental revenue. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role that rewards entrepreneurial thinking and decisive action. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team that translates ideas into scalable, data-backed impact.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize market trends and internal signals into a clear value hypothesis and business case.
• Design and lead pilots with cross-functional teams and validate ROI using real data before scaling.
• Own the asset outcome end-to-end, including business case, pilot economics, and scale recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding decisions with structured, data-driven narratives.
• Influence cross-functional and regional stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Determine when to scale a proven model or terminate weak ones to focus on the strongest bets.

Key requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional business transformation or strategic platform initiatives (consulting or equivalent)
• Track record of building business cases and delivering measurable outcomes with limited direction
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort making decisions under uncertainty
• Ability to balance rapid experimentation with commercial discipline
