Overview

In this role you drive Oracle Fusion Cloud transformations for both finance and HR domains, guiding delivery across large-scale programmes. You’ll shape end-to-end cloud solutions, lead blended teams, and foster senior client relationships to deliver value in public and private sectors. You’ll contribute to proposals and the growth of EY’s Oracle practice, while advancing your career in a collaborative, transformation-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion implementation, optimization and transformation engagements
• Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions aligned to business objectives
• Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements and shape future-state processes
• Manage blended delivery teams and support governance, risk and stakeholder engagement
• Guide testing, cutover, deployment and post-launch support
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and development of colleagues and EY’s Oracle practice

Key requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Oracle Fusion HCM
• Ability to translate business needs into practical cloud solutions
• Experience across GL, payables, receivables, assets, cash management, procurement, projects, financial reporting or Cloud Accounting Hub (Financials)
• Experience across core HR, payroll, recruiting, talent, performance, learning, benefits, absence, time and labour, workforce compensation (HCM)
• Confident communication, ability to lead workstreams and build trusted stakeholder relationships
