Responsibilities

  • Challenge clients to adopt a skills-based approach and improve workforce adaptability
  • Lead global delivery teams on workforce strategy, talent strategy, learning, and reskilling projects
  • Own client relationships and guide them throughTalent Transformation initiatives
  • Mentor and coach Analysts and Consultants to maximize performance
  • Contribute to sales processes, bids, and client presentations
  • Understand impact of digital and AI on workforce and required transformational change
  • Help clients assess current and needed skills and address gaps
  • Deliver talent, learning and reskilling strategies to build client capabilities
  • Support strategic workforce planning to align workforce with business goals
  • Support large-scale technology transformations with effective learning experiences
  • Build Skills Architecture to map skills to roles and career paths
  • Advise on appropriate tooling (technology underpins Talent engagements)
  • Support growth of Talent & Skilling practice through thought leadership and market eminence
  • Create market-relevant Talent & Skilling viewpoints, blogs and offerings for Accenture’s Talent consulting

Key requirements

  • Experience delivering talent, learning, skills or workforce transformation for Health and/or Public Sector clients
  • Familiarity with public sector governance and assurance expectations
  • Awareness of UK information governance and data protection requirements for sensitive data
  • Existing UK government security clearance (e.g., BPSS or SC) or prior experience in clearance-required environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and people leadership
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-market teams
  • Knowledge of LXP/LMS and related learning technologies (desirable)
