Strategic Finance – Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you partner with cross-functional leaders to drive top and bottom line performance and shape strategic decisions. You will own financial planning, business cases, and capital allocation across geographies and categories, supporting rapid growth. You will balance structured financial rigor with pragmatic execution in an unstructured environment, influencing stakeholders and guiding Investor Relations and Corporate Development. This position sits in a lean, high-performing Finance & Strategy team that partners with Growth, Product, Ops and Clinical.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth, Product, Ops & Clinical to drive decision making and prioritisation, delivering overall business performance
• Build business cases and plans for strategic initiatives across the business
• Lead strategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting and capital allocation decisions across geographies and categories
• Guide investment decisions, resource allocation and commercial strategies for fast, efficient growth
• Support Investor Relations and Corporate Development activities

Key requirements

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting or similar role within a growth-stage tech company
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and challenge stakeholders
• Relentless, output-focused mindset with pragmatic execution
• Proactive, self-driven with strong ownership and initiative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to operate in an unstructured environment and deliver high-quality work quickly
