Senior Quantity Surveyor – Crossrail Depot

Overview

In this role you will support a major Crossrail depot project as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a top-tier contractor. You will focus on cost control, value measurement, and progress reporting to ensure financial performance over the remaining project period. You will manage change, claims, and subcontract procurement while maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships. The role offers exposure to a large, high-profile project and opportunities to grow within a global contractor. You will work with groundworks and building packages, applying NEC contract knowledge to deliver on budget and targets.

Key requirements

• Main contractor experience
• Groundworks/building experience
• Solid understanding of NEC form of Contract
• Degree qualified (preferred, not essential)
• Rail experience (preferred, not essential)
