Responsibilities
- Drive the full IC design flow from concept, architecture and specification through integration and tapeout
- Collaborate with CTO and technical lead on design decisions and technical direction
- Contribute to post-silicon testing and verification
- Learn from and work with experienced chartered engineers in a fast-paced startup environment
- Support development of chip-based solutions for neurological conditions
Key requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Microelectronics or related field
- Several years of industry experience in analogue/mixed-signal IC design
- Expert knowledge of low-power CMOS design
- Interest in biomedical field and startup culture
- Power management experience is useful
- Any neuroscience or neural signal processing knowledge is welcome but not essential
- Experience in a startup environment and wearing multiple hats is a plus
