Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders’ agreements and joint venture agreements
- Handle ad hoc company law matters and corporate governance issues
- Lead on transactions where appropriate and support senior colleagues on more complex matters
- Provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Contribute to business development through networking and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate across departments and office locations
- Maintain high professional standards and excellent client care
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
- Experience across a range of corporate transactions
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
