Junior Quant Consultant

Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of client-facing software solutions for cross-asset trading and risk management. You’ll work on client projects, collaborate with presales, and translate client requirements into practical development work. You’ll help troubleshoot issues, train users, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers ownership of product delivery and growth within a fast-paced consultative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage own projects and collaborate with presales
• Develop client-specific features, data interfaces and workflows
• Gather client requirements and translate into development/docs for implementation
• Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues
• Train users on system configuration and features
• Maintain strong client relationships at all times

Key requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical STEM discipline
• Strong interest in Finance
• Experience with programming languages (C#, C++, Python)
• Experience writing code outside of degree
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under direction
