Overview
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, technology-driven security designs for landmark projects worldwide and develop strategy documentation to safeguard buildings and occupants. You’ll join a global, collaborative team and share knowledge across borders while building relationships with clients, developers, contractors and architects. You will work with initiative, supported by specialists, to deliver strategic engineering solutions and supervise design work. Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality security designs for global projects
- Create strategy documentation to protect built environments
- Share knowledge with colleagues across the globe
- Build and maintain client relationships to win new commissions
- Work with clients, developers, contractors and architects
- Supervise detailed designs and guide junior team members
- Assist in developing client relationships to secure new work
Key requirements
- Experience in security consulting or electronic security design from concept to technical design stages
- Understanding of RIBA Security overlay and RIBA Plan of Works (preferable)
- Understanding of SBD/CPTED
- Proficiency with Revit or other 3D design software (required for technical roles)
- Relevant qualifications or experience in security consulting or electronic security system design
- Security clearance required prior to appointment
