Overview

In this role you will be the regional L&D face for EMEA, embedding the global hub-and-spoke learning model. You’ll localise and deliver globally designed programmes, focusing on leadership, onboarding, AI fluency, and capability-building for EMEA audiences. You act as the primary L&D liaison to regional leaders, translating needs to the central hub while modelling AI-enabled ways of working. You’ll drive platform adoption, measure outcomes, and coordinate regional delivery with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Be the L&D face to EMEA and translate regional needs to the central hub
  • Localise and deliver globally-designed learning programmes (leadership, onboarding, AI-fluency, capability-building) for EMEA using central materials
  • Own regional onboarding and leadership development delivery across markets
  • Facilitate workshops and regionally-tailored learning experiences (certification, AI sessions, emerging curricula)
  • Model AI-first ways of working in localisation, facilitation prep, and reporting
  • Drive adoption of the learning technology stack (Workday Learning, Udemy) in EMEA in partnership with L&D Operations & Measurement
  • Report against EMEA learning outcomes using the central measurement framework and dashboard
  • Coordinate regional delivery logistics with facilitators and vendors within centrally managed budgets
  • Partner cross-functionally with the central L&D hub, HRBPs, and People & Culture to ensure cohesive development journeys

Key requirements

  • 8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR/Learning Business Partner roles in global/matrixed environments
  • Experience localising and delivering content designed by a central/global team
  • Consulting and influencing senior leaders in a matrixed setting without formal authority
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and written communication across diverse EMEA audiences
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design for localisation (not creating new curricula from scratch)
  • Ability to coordinate day-to-day logistics with external facilitators and vendors while budgets/contracts are centrally managed
  • Proficiency with HR tech and learning platforms; AI-enabled tools experience (Workday, Peakon, Udemy; Claude or similar)
  • Genuine AI fluency and daily use of AI tools for research, localisation, prep, and reporting
  • Collaborative, low-ego, trusted partner able to work cross-functionally across cultures
