Façade Project Manager

Overview

In this permanent role, you will lead delivery of façade works on live projects in London, coordinating across two sites and a sizeable on-site team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive on-time, safe execution and client satisfaction. This is an opportunity to shape delivery on high-profile façades while working within a structured contract environment. You will play a pivotal role in aligning site operations with project goals.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 50,000 – 90,000 per annum (DOE)
• bonus scheme
• permanent contract
• standard hours 9:00–17:00, Mon–Fri

Responsibilities

• Full project management of façade works across two London sites
• Oversee approximately 50 operatives on-site
• Coordinate site activities and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain health and safety standards and compliance on site
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues
