Overview

In this role you will join a renowned UK-wide Corporate Energy team in Edinburgh to handle a mix of corporate, JV, M&A and fundraising matters. You will contribute to community energy initiatives and innovative projects while supporting clients through transactional work and advisory matters. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape impactful transactions and energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate advice on transactions and regulatory matters
• Lead or support joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions
• Coordinate fundraisings and related advisory work
• Involve in community energy projects, including cooperatives
• Support clients on innovative energy initiatives and projects
