HR Optimisation Specialist

Overview

In this role you drive an efficient P&C function for the EMEA region, partnering with the CPO to translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap. You will lead initiatives that improve processes and leverage data and AI to boost outcomes. You operate in a fast-paced environment, turning insights into better people and business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to position P&C as a competitive advantage and help bring products to market faster.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational lead to the EMEA CPO, translating strategy into a prioritized roadmap and delivering it
• Remove friction and build processes to drive efficiency across the HR leadership team
• Introduce and deploy AI-enabled tools to automate tasks, sharpen insights, and free time for high-impact work
• Lead critical P&C projects with defined scope, timelines, and stakeholder management
• Develop people dashboards, data analysis, and reporting in collaboration with People Experience
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the CPO, EMEA
• Travel as required by business needs

Key requirements

• Experience supporting HR/People & Culture leadership at scale
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and drive execution
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (dashboard development)
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Experience evaluating and deploying AI/tools to improve HR processes
• Ability to manage projects with defined scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Willingness to travel as needed
