Insurer Relationship Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage strategic insurer relationships to support client growth. You will liaise with a portfolio of major UK insurers and spend time in London, with hybrid working options. You will collaborate with internal teams to prepare and discuss performance insights and to drive the business pipeline. You will engage with senior executives on critical discussions and contentious issues as needed, shaping outcomes and solutions. This position offers an opportunity to influence insurance partnerships and deliver high-quality reporting that supports client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the relationship with a portfolio of major insurers
• Liaise with client’s key partners and work closely with internal teams to provide critical information
• Provide high-quality performance reports and discuss them with the client
• Measure performance against SLAs across all business activities
• Discuss and maximise the business pipeline
• Resolve performance issues in a timely manner

Key requirements

• Commercial Insurance experience with credibility on business issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage senior levels
