In this Senior Associate role, you will take a senior position in the Corporate team, handling high-calibre transactions and contributing to growth. You will lead on a range of matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help shape the practice’s strategy within a supportive, hybrid-working environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and deepen client relationships on a range of corporate matters
- Manage and mentor junior lawyers
- Drive strategic development of the corporate practice
- Develop sector expertise across private equity, venture capital and corporate finance
- Support business development and profile-raising initiatives
- Handle mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, private equity deals, and joint ventures
- Oversee corporate restructurings and high-complexity transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Key requirements
- 5-7 years’ PQE in a high-performing corporate team
- Strong technical ability and commercial judgement
- Confidence managing complex transactions with autonomy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Genuine interest in M&A, private equity and venture capital
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
