Overview

As Senior HR Data Engineer you act as the senior technical authority in HR data solutions, shaping complex data transformations, migrations, and automation. You will drive end-to-end ETL, data flow architecture, and integration patterns within a security-first, agile environment. You collaborate with HR BPO towers and IT stakeholders to align data design with business needs and HR processes. Your work enables operational efficiency and advanced analytics across HR domains. You contribute to a high-impact transformation agenda in a globally distributed, diverse organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build high-complexity ETL/SQL transformations and migrations for project-based work
  • Define data-flow and automation architecture; identify and design new integration/RPA patterns
  • Conduct functional reviews of integration requirements against standards and best practices
  • Expertly understand HR IT landscape and inter-system dependencies to guide data exchanges
  • Design HR master data domains, including objects, fields, value lists, naming standards
  • Develop Python tooling for data auditing and automate data reconciliation and QA activities
