Overview
In this role you will lead and support high-stakes construction disputes for a leading international law firm with a Bristol base. You will advise insurers, contractors and developers on complex adjudications, multi-party arbitrations, and project risk across infrastructure, transport, energy and engineering sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to navigate NEC/FIDIC contracts and TCC procedures, with cross-border enforcement as a plus. This is an opportunity to contribute to major projects while developing your BD and client-facing skills in a renowned team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and advise on construction disputes for top-tier clients across UK and international matters
- Lead adjudications and multi-party arbitrations with NEC/FIDIC contract frameworks
- Support policy coverage and professional risk discussions for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large infrastructure, transport, energy and engineering projects
- Enhance business development and networking to expand client relationships
- Assist with cross-border enforcement where relevant
Key requirements
- 3-6 years’ PQE in construction litigation/arbitration
- Experience with NEC/FIDIC and other standard forms
- Strong knowledge of adjudication and TCC practice
- Fire safety experience would be an advantage
