Overview

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you drive delivery across a varied portfolio from inception to completion, managing financial and contractual aspects and building strong client relationships. You will mentor junior QS colleagues and help grow a high-performing team in a people-first culture that values progression toward partnership. Responsibilities

• Deliver Quantity Surveying services from project inception through to completion
• Manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors
• Help develop and grow a high-performing Quantity Surveying team
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Oxford office

Key requirements

• Experience working within a construction consultancy
• Strong pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
• Confidence to manage projects while supporting and developing others
• MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential
