Senior Bid Manager

Overview

In this senior, hands-on role, you own end-to-end bid management for pitches, proposals, and presentations. Based in London, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned submissions on time, while guiding senior stakeholders through the bid lifecycle. You’ll implement robust bid governance and continuously improve content, processes, and win rates. The role sits within Client Development to drive growth and strengthen client relationships across EMEA and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pitch process: qualification, strategy, win themes, content planning, drafting, and finalisation
• Oversee tender portals: pipeline monitoring, registrations, and Q&A coordination
• Establish bid governance: plans, kick-offs, reviews, approvals
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary contributors to develop proposals
• Build and maintain a bid content library and drive continuous improvement
• Coach senior colleagues to elevate messaging and USPs
• Meet client deadlines with flexibility for travel
