In this role you will join an established firm to manage a varied private client caseload, including Wills, Trusts, LPAs, Probate and Court of Protection work. You will handle matters independently, meet clients, and contribute to business development within a supportive, collaborative team. Responsibilities
- Manage own private client files across Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning, LPAs, Probate and Court of Protection matters
- Engage with clients from initial meeting and provide clear, client-centered advice
- Handle capacity issues and general private client advisory work
- Contribute to business development and cross-functional collaboration within the firm
- Work within modern systems and processes to deliver efficient high-quality service
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in Private Client
- Strong knowledge across Wills, LPAs, Probate and Trusts
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Confident communicator with a client-centered approach
- Proactive, commercially aware and willing to support business development
