Overview

In this role you drive data-led project controls for major infrastructure programs. You’ll join the Controls Analytics team to turn data into actionable insights that shape risk, schedule, and cost outcomes. You’ll collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver dashboards, models, and governance reporting. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports for project health across PMO functions
  • Define and monitor project performance indicators and identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders to support governance decisions
  • Develop descriptive and predictive analytics models for potential outcomes
  • Collaborate with risk management to embed data-driven risk models into controls
  • Quantify risk impacts in forecasts and contingency planning
  • Engage with project teams to tailor analytics solutions and communicate findings
  • Ensure analytics methodologies comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines

Key requirements

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) for data transformation, visualization, and predictive modeling
  • Experience with data integration and ETL; familiarity with PMO systems like PRISM, Primavera, Aconex is a plus
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail in monitoring and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with project controls disciplines (cost control, scheduling, risk management); understanding of EVM and forecasting techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Engineering, Project Controls/Management, Finance, or related; professional certifications are a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics, project controls, or financial management in infrastructure/construction/energy; consultancy experience is a plus
