Overview

In this role you will join a well-established main contractor delivering luxury residential projects in London. You will oversee autonomous, concurrent schemes across refurbishments, basements, and fit-outs worth £0.5m–£12m, ensuring commercial and quality outcomes. You work closely with cross-functional teams to support high-quality delivery on luxury homes and listed buildings. This permanent opportunity suits a self-driven Project Surveyor who can commute to Central London daily. You will contribute to shaping premium residential projects in sought-after locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery on high-end residential projects, ensuring commercial and quality standards
• Leverage refurbishment, structural alteration and basement excavation experience on site
• Manage concurrent projects autonomously with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines
• Maintain daily commute to Central London as required
