Overview
As Digital Assets Custody, Product Manager (Expansion) you will drive geographic growth of our custody platform by turning expansion strategy into executable plans. You’ll own timelines and coordinate readiness across tech, operations, compliance, risk, legal, finance and client-facing teams. You’ll partner with Strategy, Commercial, and Engineering to align launches with client needs and delivery backlogs. You’ll navigate governance, manage regulatory requirements, and report progress to senior stakeholders. This role offers a chance to shape regional expansion at a leading financial services firm and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, regulated crypto custody solutions.

Responsibilities
- Translate expansion strategy into practical execution plans for new regions
- Own execution timelines and coordinate regional launch readiness across technology, operations, compliance, risk, legal, finance and client-facing teams
- Partner with Strategy and Commercial teams to support client and prospect engagement, acting as regional product expert for Digital Asset Custody expansion
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to prioritise launch requirements in backlogs
- Navigate product governance framework, supporting approvals, stage gates, regulatory reviews and evidence gathering
- Identify, track and communicate regional regulatory, operational and governance requirements
- Provide clear status, risk and dependency updates to product leadership and senior stakeholders
- Capture lessons learned after each launch to improve future expansion activities
Key requirements
- Relevant industry experience in digital assets, trading, financial services product management or product delivery
- Experience implementing products, platforms or complex initiatives within regulated financial institutions
- Working knowledge of blockchain, digital assets and custody models, with ability to engage effectively with engineering and operations teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, analytical and curious about blockchain and digital asset markets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
