Responsibilities
- Advise on private equity transactions including buyouts, exits, carve-outs and co-investments
- Support secondary transactions and GP-led arrangements
- Provide leveraged finance support and portfolio management work
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with global funds and sponsors
- Engage in business development to grow client base and market presence
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture
Key requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE in Private Equity
- Technically strong with a commercially focused approach
- Confident managing deals with appropriate supervision and ownership of outcomes
