Overview

In this role you will support Healthcare SMEs with banking needs, including lending and deposits, while growing the portfolio and managing risk. You will collaborate with the local market to drive opportunities and represent the group in the professional community. As an advocate for change, you’ll adopt new tools to enhance client and colleague experiences and help your team achieve its objectives. This position combines client-facing relationship management with business development in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support SME Healthcare clients with banking needs (lending, deposits, and services)
  • Grow the portfolio by attracting high-value clients and promoting the bank’s propositions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering value at each interaction
  • Promote the bank to local professionals and influencers
  • Provide funding solutions tailored to client needs (Term Lending, Working Capital)
  • Build relationships with Group Partner companies to deliver full-bank solutions
  • Manage risk and compliance for the client portfolio
  • Engage in local and regional activities and support senior management development
  • Travel to client sites as required
