Lead Business Analyst (Endur) – Senior Manager – Energy & Commodities

Overview

As Associate Director, Product Management, you will guide the ETRM product strategy for energy and commodities clients and act as a senior trusted advisor to shape business outcomes. You’ll lead collaboration between clients, product teams and engineering, delivering value through rapid iterations and validated learning. You translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and clear success metrics, driving Lean and Agile transformation. This role blends client influence with hands-on product leadership to shape digital estate and customer experience at scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define business goals and value pools for transformative product propositions
• Develop iterative solution hypotheses and validate via user testing
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap with well-defined user stories and features
• Set objective product goals using KPIs and quantifiable outcomes
• Design and enable Lean/Agile digital transformation initiatives for value delivery
• Lead workshops and present technology-based solutions to clients
• Be the primary point of contact for requirement questions and risk management with onshore/offshore teams
• Inspire, mentor and lead a high-performing Product Analysts team

Key requirements

• Experience managing digital solutions in the ETRM space from ideation to launch
• Significant knowledge of energy & commodities industry
• Hands-on Endur ETRM package implementation experience
• Familiarity with competing ETRM packages (Rightangle, Orchestrade, Aspect, Beacon)
• Strong end-to-end understanding of physical commodity, trading or banking processes
• Proven ability to prioritize and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• 10+ years delivering complex business or technology solutions in ETRM
• Experience with Agile/Lean/continuous delivery principles
