In this role you will shape the architecture of a SaaS platform for a leading fintech wealth management product. You’ll lead design and delivery with a cross-functional team, safeguarding architectural integrity while addressing cross-cutting concerns. You’ll operate in a highly scalable, distributed environment and work to align technology choices with business strategy. Responsibilities

• Ensure architecture supports fast delivery of business and technology strategies
• Own design, development, delivery and support of architectural software
• Champion architecture and challenge proposals that weaken it
• Identify and address architectural challenges
• Set technical priorities for the architecture
• Design mechanisms for cross-cutting concerns like reuse, integration and consistency
• Specify components and interfaces in precise terms

Key requirements

• Designing, building and operating distributed systems
• Fluent in REST API design
• Familiar with container/automation and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Hashicorp, AWS)
• Strong CI/CD with multiple daily deployments to production
• Excellent understanding of development methodologies and modelling techniques
• Microsoft .NET Framework/.NET Core
