Overview
As a Director in EY’s Global CoE, you will lead strategic Direct Tax and Tax Accounting programs for multinational clients, shaping how tax functions operate with technology and transformation. You’ll manage senior client relationships, oversee multi-country engagements, and drive growth across services and geographies. You’ll bring together tax, technology and advisory capabilities to deliver insights, efficiency and value. This role offers visibility across markets and a chance to influence EY’s tax transformation agenda.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic multinational client relationships and develop growth strategies across Direct Tax and Tax Accounting services
- Oversee large-scale, multi-country tax engagements and serve as the senior advisor to executive stakeholders
- Drive proposals and pipelines across compliance, reporting, technology and transformation offerings
- Provide executive leadership to global delivery teams and foster cross-service line collaboration
- Shape the strategic direction of the Direct Tax CoE and contribute to thought leadership and market presence
- Support clients with evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., Pillar Two) and technology-enabled tax operating models
