Overview

As Strategic Procurement Specialist you will shape supplier strategy, drive value and risk management across the OneSource service portfolio, and partner with global teams to support growth and customer outcomes. You’ll lead strategic sourcing, negotiate complex service contracts, and implement supplier performance programs to boost service quality and profitability. The role blends data-driven decision making with cross-functional collaboration to deliver competitive advantage. This is a high-impact position within a respected, globally connected organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives aligning with category strategies and enterprise goals
• Own end-to-end sourcing and negotiation for complex service contracts within OneSource
• Develop supplier contracting strategies, including RFP design and long-term agreements
• Drive SRM through performance expectations, business reviews, and partnerships
• Act as senior escalation point for supplier performance issues and root cause analysis
• Lead structured supplier performance reviews using KPIs and market intelligence
• Leverage data/market insights to inform sourcing decisions and benchmark competitiveness
• Collaborate with global procurement, operations, finance, and service delivery teams to align supplier strategies

Key requirements

• CIPS qualified or 3+ years of progressive procurement experience
• PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• strong negotiation and complex contracting experience
