Overview
In this role you will lead and coordinate landscape design projects and landscape/infrastructure assessments within the UK&I Landscape & Urban Design team. You’ll work on urban realm and mixed-use developments, applying BIM level 2 processes and coordinating multidisciplinary bids. You’ll engage clients, run workshops, and mentor junior staff while contributing to innovation and thought leadership. Responsibilities
- Lead, author and coordinate Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments
- Lead on design projects from concept to detailed design for planning and construction
- Develop and maintain client relationships across public and private sectors
- Prepare bids for projects of varying complexity
- Lead, manage and delegate work to junior team members
- Engage clients in design advice, workshops and stakeholder events
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary groups to promote innovation and excellence
Key requirements
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
- Postgraduate Diploma / Masters in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
- Experience authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments
- Proven track record delivering landscape and urban design projects through all LI/RIBA stages
- Strong technical skills with Autodesk or Bentley and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, visual)
