Overview
In this role, you will support the Corporate Actions function within Portfolio Operations, ensuring accurate handling of global corporate events across asset classes. You will collaborate with Trading, Portfolio Management, Legal, and other groups to maintain data integrity and efficient processes. The role offers interaction with service providers, custodians, and internal clients to optimize workflows and manage risk. You contribute to process improvements and share market knowledge with junior team members, while supporting cross‑functional decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with custodians, service providers, and internal clients to develop and refine workflows
- Provide analysis on complex voluntary events to assist Portfolio Management
- Execute and validate daily corporate action processing, ensuring data integrity across platforms
- Research and resolve action details, communicate instructions, and confirm client entitlements
- Identify and implement efficiency and risk-reduction improvements to processes and systems
- Coordinate with internal and external groups to resolve complex action issues; represent Corporate Actions in meetings
Key requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate actions and portfolio accounting
- Strong knowledge of global corporate action life cycle across asset classes
- Experience with derivatives and corporate action processing on derivatives a plus
- Ability to interpret Market/Company offering documents for clear communication
- Experience with vendor products and technology
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with risk, deadlines, and ambiguity management
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service orientation and willingness to guide junior team members
