In this role, you lead and deliver medical device projects from concept through development in a collaborative, high-caliber lab environment in Cambridge. You combine hands-on mechanical design with cross-functional teamwork, mentoring the next generation of inventors while engaging with third parties as a consultant or project lead. You’ll leverage broad experience in Mechanical Design for Medical Devices and adapt to training on needed CAD tools, with SolidWorks as a plus. Key requirements

• Experience in Mechanical Design of Medical Devices
• Background as a consultant, project manager, or roles involving external interactions
• Familiarity with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks advantageous)
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, but industry experience prioritized
